Laconium is a type of environment for the well-being, used for the gradual warming of the body, which facilitates the purification and detoxification through perspiration. It is less warm than a real Finnish sauna, with a temperature that varies between 50 and 60 degrees and the addition of a refreshing  jet of water on body. This temperature  promotes circulation and it is useful for decongestion and for strengthening the immune system.
