Heat insulating and soundproofing panels, according to the norm EN 13168. They are composed of mineralized fir-wood fibers covered with a binder mineral called Portland cement.
We also produce the important group of coupled elements: one or two panels are coupled to other insulating materials in order to increase the insulating capacities.
The panel is composed of long and resistant fir-wood fibers (65%) and of mineral binders (35%), mainly Portland cement. Fibres are subjected to a mineralizing treatment that cancels the process of biological deterioration of wood, makes fibers inert and increases the resistance to fire; however this treatment does not change mechanical features of wood. The fibres are covered with Portland cement, joined together under pressure to build a stable, resistant, compact and lasting structure.
